Words faded to gray, have the color of cappuccino
Excuses are fine. Leave them by the window.
I can't count them all, you know?
My grayed-out heart is the color of cappuccino.
Excuses are fine, let's gulp down cappuccino
Come now, as if swaying, the rain flows, we drown in flowers that storm us.
So that you don't fade away, these memories... Please, please, please, may you not overflow.
A coast awaiting waves, the day dyed red by the evening sun, reflected in the window.
Visby in August, the sea's roar, a lonely wait, all with a single sea breeze.
The summer-swum flower's whiteness, the evening rain, drowning in the flowing night.
A flower that no one can forget, please, please, please, insert it into the depths of your heart.
Something has been wrong all along, you know.
I just want you to tell me how to live my life.
I have nothing left to give, but if you can't answer anything, even just one word is enough.
I don't understand, you know. I really don't understand, you know.
Come now, as if swaying, the rain flows, we drown in flowers that storm us.
So that you never fade, the poem I write, please, please, please, don't forget it now.
Again, another summer ends, holding a single flower to my chest, in the depths of my flowing eyelids.
So that you don't fade away, this poem; please, please, so that you don't overflow.
